We had a really lovely little shower for a colleague yesterday. Her mat leave starts on Monday and I'm really going to miss her while she's gone. It'll be a long year without her around.
I've been struggling with a really bad cold all week. I woke up with it on Saturday morning and can't shake it. I'm heading to see my doctor this afternoon about it. I'm really nervous that it could develop into something more.
I hope it's not but I'd rather get checked out than leave it for a week. My nose and throat cannot take it!
